T. Jack Williams Named President of eCommLink

LAS VEGAS, NV — Company officials announced today that T. Jack Williams now serves as president of eCommLink, a SellingSource.com company.

At eCommLink, Williams plans on focusing on the development of card-based financial services utilizing eCommlink's feature-rich platform for under-banked individuals in the United States in support of its banking partners. He will provide the vision of what direction the company will go in regarding prepaid debit card space. As he leads eCommLink into its current expanding markets, he will also move the company into emerging payment markets with new technologies, while continuing to seek emergent opportunities.

Williams joins eCommLink with nearly 30 years experience in card-based financial services. Most recently, Williams served as senior vice president at Tier Technologies, Inc., a payment processing company. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of National Processing Company, a company with national recognition in the prepaid card industry. While working for Blockbuster Entertainment in the mid-1990s, Williams designed and implemented what is considered the first prepaid gift card.
