T. Jack Williams Promoted to CEO of eCommLink, Inc., Ennio Ponzetto Named President & General Manager

October 2, 2008

LAS VEGAS, NV — T. Jack Williams, a proven pioneer in the prepaid debit industry, has been named the CEO of eCommLink, Inc., a leading value added prepaid debit processor. As CEO, Williams will continue the efforts he started as president to build eCommLink into the unquestionable leader in global prepaid debit solutions.

"This is an amazing time at eCommLink. What we have accomplished recently and the strides we have made in terms of both product development and market penetration have us positioned to become a powerful leader in the prepaid industry," stated Williams. "I am thrilled to be at the helm during this exciting time."

Williams brings to the position of CEO extensive experience in the prepaid card industry. He designed and implemented what is considered one of the first prepaid gift card programs during his tenure with Blockbuster Inc. Williams has also served as a senior vice president at Tier Technologies, National Processing Company and Stored Value Systems. In 1999, Williams was selected as Credit Card Management magazine’s Debit Executive of the Year for his innovative work in the development of gift cards.

In a related move, Ennio Ponzetto has been named president and general manager of eCommLink. In his role as president and general manager, Ponzetto will lay the ground work for eCommLink’s continued growth by strengthening the corporate structure and optimizing all operations. He will also play an integral part in eCommLink’s global expansion efforts.

Ponzetto has over 30 years of experience managing leading technology companies in the U.S. and abroad where he was overseen the R&D, sales and marketing and engineering efforts of companies such as Olivetti, I.C.S. and Bull’s Printers Company Compuprint International.

"Filtered merchant gift cards are really a win-win-win situation. Employees have the freedom to redeem the card from the stores they love, employers provide a memorable incentive, and merchants enjoy a powerful marketing tool that pushes business to their store without requiring a change to their payment infrastructure," stated T. Jack Williams, CEO, eCommLink.

"We are extremely fortunate to have individuals with this level of experience to lead eCommLink. The combination of Jack’s industry insight and vision, with Ennio’s strong operational and strategic skills, puts us in the perfect position to capitalize on the growth that has begun over the last year and a half," stated Franco Franca, Chairman of the Board, eCommLink.
